• Dining credits are to be enjoyed during the stay, daily unutilised balance will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Dining credits are not applicable to MIÁN, Happy Hour (5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.) in Beer Garden, Seafood Semi-Buffet Dinner at Garden Lounge, Aperitivo Hour at Murray Lane, The Aviary Escape at Popinjays, and any promotions, special menus or events.

• Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 5 years old who do not require an extra bed. Extra bed is available at HKD 700+10% per night.

• Rate is charged on a per room per night basis and subject to 10% service charge.

• The hotel allows a maximum of two dogs or cats per room for overnight stays, with the first pet staying with our compliments. A HKD 800 supplement will apply to the second pet.

• No cancellation or amendment is allowed. Pre-payment is required upon reservations. Pre-payment will be forfeited in case of any cancellations.

• Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, programmes and certificates.

• Voucher can be used on Bed & Breakfast booking via hotel website only*
